Piotr (“Peter”) Kulesza

Rehabilitation Specialist

Originally from Poland, Peter moved to the United States in 2001 and began work in the construction industry. He met Erin Construction founder John Murnane in 2012 while working on a condominium project in Brooklyn. After working with John and Erin Construction on two separate projects for almost three years, Peter knew the firm was the right fit for him. 

Peter specializes in moderate and gut rehab projects with tenants in place; his renovation portfolio also includes swimming pools, middle schools, and medical clinics. He takes great pride in not only the final product, but in the positive experience that people have along the way. Peter brings his optimistic attitude and friendly demeanor to meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors and site supervisors, and he implements open and clear communication channels to address issues before they become problems.

Peter received his Bachelor in Technology in Facilities Management (summa cum laude) and his AAS in Construction Management (with honors), and he is a New York City-licensed Construction Superintendent. A former runner, Peter also holds a degree in physical education, putting him, as he says, “always one step ahead.”
