Introducing the ACP Cluster, a transformative construction venture spearheaded by West Harlem Group Assistance (WHGA), dedicated to enhancing affordable housing options in Harlem. Comprising three buildings located at 24 W 132nd St, 2274 7th Ave, and 202 W 133rd St, this project underwent a comprehensive overhaul involving full gut rehabilitation, including all-new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout. With 38 residential units and one commercial space, the ACP Cluster offers modern amenities while ensuring quality craftsmanship, contributing to community development and economic growth in the heart of Harlem.
