Tadeusz (“Teddy”) Jaracz

Since 2003, Field Manager Teddy Jaracz has ensured that Erin Construction projects run smoothly and efficiently. His commitment to supporting founder John Murnane’s vision continues to shape and grow the company. Valued by clients and project partners for his ability to creatively solve problems, Teddy enjoys the challenges of being a field manager and takes great pride in seeing the results of his efforts. He approaches all of his projects with a holistic view of what is best for both the developer and the tenants, which helps to mitigate any issues that arise during the pre-construction and construction phases. He has expertly handled renovations as large as 326 units and new construction buildings as large as 40,000 square feet. 

Prior to joining Erin, Teddy worked as a carpenter for Crest Construction. He holds a New York City Department of Buildings Superintendent License and is a Certified Lead-Based Paint Professional.
