In the heart of downtown Yonkers, lies our new mixed-use development project on Riverdale Ave between New Main St & Hudson St, consisting of 29 Market rate units and 1 commercial space, this building is a great addition to the downtown Yonkers community & skyline. This building, a concrete superstructure with metal framing, will house an elevator granting access to all floors & roof, 2 emergency stair shafts with air pressurization, Emergency back-up generator, PTAC heating & cooling in all APTS, a community room with a kitchen & bathroom and of course, a luxury roof deck with incredible views looking overlooking the Hudson River. The Project is currently 60% complete with the superstructure topped out & Interior framing as well as MEP rough-ins with a completion date slated for April of 2025. As the contractor & development on this project, we have worked closely with the City of Yonkers Building DEPT & planning board to get the project off the ground & to its current state.
