With over 30 years of construction experience in New York City as a full scale general contracting firm, working with NYC HPD and a diverse group of clientele ranging from non-profit housing groups to well-known NYC development firms, we’ve never let a project go unfinished. Erin Construction & Development, originally formed in 1991, started with a hammer, nail and a passion for the industry. The early days of Erin, we worked as a small subcontractor for bigger GCs, while simultaneously doing seal up projects for HPD, to then taking on small projects as a GC, to present day taking on full scale construction projects, we have developed extensive experience in affordable and supportive housing throughout New York City, Westchester, Long Island, and New Jersey. Our services to the industry are as follows: new construction, gut renovations & rehabs, complete structure demolitions, Container Services, and project consulting.
